The aim of every Hollywood producer is to put out a film that is a gigantic hit. The combination of a great story line with brilliant actors and special effects seems to be the recipe for a best-seller. Then again, it does not always work and every now and then even when a film has all of the components that evidently make a winner, it still fails at the box office. There is no definite recipe for a Hollywood winner.

The Net - Angela Bennett is a computer geek. She gets a program, and is asked to de-bug it. Shortly after receiving the program, the man who sent it to her is killed. What's on the disc is of vital magnitude to someone. They know she has it, and she is now running for her life as she attempts to figure out just who is after her, and why.

My Son the Hero - Larger-than-life flick in regards to sinister Emperor Cadmus of Thebes, who challenges the lords and faces the fury of the Titans. Cast includes Pedro Armendariz, Jacqueline Sassard, Antonella Lualdi, and Giuliano Gemma. (122 minutes, 1962)

Kimberley Jim - Little musical of 2 happy-go-lucky gamblers who win a fortune in a fixed poker game, and then have a change of heart. Cast includes Jim Reeves, Madeleine Guide, Clive Pamell, Arthur Swemmer, and Mike Holt. (82 minutes, 1965)

Scandalous - Featherbrained facade in regards to investigative Television journalist who runs afoul of a team of con artists as he tries to disentangle himself from a homicide charge. Cast includes Robert Hays, John Giegud, Pamela Stephenson, and Jim Dale. (94 minutes, 1984)
